Luanda — The provincial governor of Luanda, Graciano Domingos, said last Saturday that the Benfica Art Centre (Crafts Market) will provide greater dignity to national craftsmen, becoming a catalyst factor for tourism and recreation.
The official was speaking at the presentation of Benfica Art Centre to the Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, moments after the inauguration of the project.
