FynArts is fun also if you are young. The festival presents a great opportunity for children and young people to be inspired, broaden their experience and knowledge of the arts – and of course, to be entertained – outside the school curriculum.

Join artist, Blue de Gersigny, and become a part of the plastic solution while creating wearable-art hats from beach plastic collected on local beaches. Participants will enjoy using the variety of shapes, sizes and colours of found plastics to create special art pieces. All materials will be provided.

Learners in Grades 11 and 12 are welcome to sign up for this workshop with writer, Dianne Stewart. Not only does journaling record one’s thoughts, it can also be the seedbed for many types of future projects.
