Deadline for Concepts & Proposals Extended: Monumental Sculptural Artworks for the Women’s Living Heritage Monument, City of Tshwane

Closing date for submissions of concepts and proposals has been extended to 15 June 2015.

The National Women’s Living Heritage Monument (WLHM) is currently under construction in the Lillian Ngoyi Square (formerly Strijdom Square), corner of Lillian Ngoyi and Helen Joseph Streets,adjacent to the South African National State Theatre, City of Tshwane. The National WLHM,incorporating a Museum, envisages and manifests a site that honours women, elevates their history,stories and voices, and publicly acknowledges their lives, sacrifices and triumphs.

Koketso Growth (Pty) Ltd wish to receive concepts and proposals from suitably competent artistsand / or consortiums for the design, construction/manufacture and installation of two large scaleexternal sculptural / heritage artwork pieces at the WLHM.
