(Supplied)Work by a local Rondebosch artist Ashley Bestbier, (painting under her name Ogilvy), has been selected from over 1,000 entries to appear alongside paintings by some of Britain’s leading portrait artists. Her portrait in oil is of a local Cape Town resident ‘Dirkie’ , painted in a stairwell over several sessions at the Night Shelter, Salt River, Cape Town.
