More than a third of dealers at London Art Fair survey say that rising rents are a large threat but 85% say market for Modern British and contemporary art will remain as strong or fare better in 2016

More than a third of dealers who took part in a survey by the London Art Fair say that rising rents and business rates are the biggest threat to the UK’s position at the forefront of the global art market.
