A host of murals dedicated to the late Queen have appeared on shops, pubs and houses across Britain ahead of her state funeral next week.

Some of Britain’s most creative individuals have spent hours over the last week creating community tributes to the monarch, whose death was announced last Thursday.

Colourful pieces have gone on display up and down the nation – from Port Talbot in Wales to Newark in Nottinghamshire to Glasgow – in a nod to Her Majesty’s 70-year reign.
