MATERIAL REQUIRMENTS FOR ARTTIMES MAGAZINE
1. Images of 300dpi: Including Artists, title, exhibition title and opening dates. Each image less than 2 Megs sent to design@arttimes.co.za
2. The material should be sent a week before deadline (see below) in order to get a proof signed off in good time.
3. If pre designed: Print ready 300 dpi, CMYK PDF’ed advertisements must be sent to design@arttimes.co.za
4. Page Specs are: Double Page Spread 336mm (W) x 240mm (H) Full Page 168mm (W) x 240mm (H) Files must include a minimum of 5mm bleed. No Spot Pantone colours can be used.
MATERIAL REQUIRMENTS FOR ARTGO WEEKLY ONLINE
1. Supply 3 x 4 images with artist name, title and show title for our Weekly updated Newsletter, Website and Social Media
2. Please Note which date order the images should appear (Thursdays W1, W2, W3, W4)
3. Images used for online should be roughly 150 dpi, and under 2 megs and emailed to show@arttimes.co.za
4. Deadline date end Friday of Week 3.
PAYMENT
1. Advertisers are required to pay in full before or by date stipulated on invoice. .
2. lf payment has not been received for an advertisement by the invoice date for the specified edition of SAAT, ArtLife reserves the right not to publish the advertisement.
3. Cancellation of an advertisement or insert after the booking deadline will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Payments can be made by EFT and direct bank deposits.
5. When an advertisement is not published through no fault of the advertiser, a full refund to the value received from the advertiser will be applicable.
